Baked Brie in Puff Pastry served over Mixed Greens with Apples, Pears and Honey Mustard Dressing


Fresh Homemade Mozzarella marinated in Basil infused Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar, served over a bed of
Greens with Roasted Red Peppers and Garlic Herb Crostinis


Second Course
Grilled Shrimp and Scallop Skewer with Mixed Red, Yellow and Orange Sweet Peppers, Zucchini and Pearl
Onions served over Saffron Rice drizzled with a Soy Reduction


Steak Frites – Grilled Flat Iron Steak served with Roquefort Butter


Sautéed Filet Mignon of Pork Medallions with Onions, Oregano, White Wine and a touch of Tomato


Pan Seared filet of Cod served over a bed of steamed Spinach and drizzled with an Orange Balsamic Glaze


Veal Scaloppini – Sautéed with Shallots, Peas and Saffron Cream Sauce


Sautéed Shrimp and Lobster with Garlic, Fresh Tomato and Basil Lemon Butter over Angel Hair Pasta


Beef Burgundy – a French style Beef Stew served with Egg Noodles


Sautéed Chicken with Mushrooms, Shallots and Marsala Wine, served over Black Pepper Fettuccini


Pasta Primavera – Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrots Sautéed with Garlic and Olive Oil over Penne Pasta


Portobello, Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli with crumbled Sweet Italian Sausage a la Vodka
